Southeast College is a private institution approved to operate* by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
This approval signifies that the College complies with the minimum standards established by the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (as amended) and Division 7.5 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations.

The following programs are approved programs for the main campus located in San Bernardino, CA. SC’s Vocational Nursing Program has been approved by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT) since March of 2018.

Monterey Park (MP) Campus (Non-Main)
The Monterey Park campus of Southeast College has operated under the approval of the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education since May of 2025. The following programs are approved programs for the non-main campus located in Monterey Park, CA. SC’s Vocational Nursing Program for SC-MP has been approved by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT) since May of 2024.
